Sales/Account Manager

Branded Products® Established in 1999 is a National and International Award-Winning Company who’s Head Office is located in Carrum Downs, Victoria.  As part of our growth planning and business strategy, we are now seeking to fill full-time positions for Sales/Account Manager in Melbourne. Daily, you will be liaising with many of our large national clients that include, government branches, the education and health sectors as well as many well-known leading brand names.  This position will also include new business development.  As committed industry professionals, you can have the confidence that with each member of our team, you will benefit from more than 50+ years industry experience and support.  Ongoing training and support is provided to assist the successful candidates in confidently performing their duties.  This position would suit applicants with a Promotional Products, Apparel (uniforms), Screen Print, Pad Print, Embroidery and Promotional Product Sales background.

The Position:

  • You will maintain and grow new and existing clients
  • Actively source new clients and business partners
  • Proactive approach to client needs and offer attainable solutions
  • Quoting of local and offshore products / apparel
  • Achieve sales budgets and KPI’s
  • Industry trade show attendance

The successful candidate will possess

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with great customer service always being at the forefront.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks whilst adhering to strict deadlines
  • Can work within a team and individually without supervision
  • Good computer skills including Excel, Word, Adobe Illustrator, Xebra
  • You MUST have a good understanding of brand marketing and be able to Confidently communicate and discuss business at a high level with major brand clients.
  • Be reliable with strong work ethics and exceptional customer Service
  • Own Transport
  • A basic understanding of decoration methods; Screen Print, Pad Print, Laser Engraving, Embroidery would be an advantage but not essential
