Client Coordinator - Production
About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised teammate to join our Client Services Team. This role is a healthy balance of sourcing, production, and projects delivery. You’ll work closely with your Client Service Team, our suppliers, and internal stakeholders to bring projects to life, managing production outcomes from brief through to delivery. While production and sourcing is at the core of the role, this position brings a strong client-minded lens. You’ll contribute to client conversations, help shape production solutions while communicating directly with clients. This is a fast-moving role with lots of variety. One minute you could be sourcing products and managing supplier timelines, the next you’re coordinating campaign rollouts, solving delivery challenges, or contributing ideas that improve the client experience. We’re looking for someone who’s naturally proactive, thrives in a collaborative environment, and enjoys managing multiple moving parts without losing attention to detail.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing end-to-end sourcing and production coordination for your Client Services Team (CST).
- Partnering closely with your team to understand project objectives, timelines, and delivery priorities.
- Sourcing products, preparing costings, coordinating suppliers, and managing production schedules.
- Coordinating freight, logistics, stock management, and delivery requirements.
- Supporting project rollouts, approvals, and workflow coordination across projects.
- Contributing production recommendations, ideas, and solutions that add value to client outcomes.
- Communicating directly with suppliers and occasionally clients to clarify briefs and support delivery.
- Proactively identifying risks, delays, or challenges and helping solve them before they impact delivery.
- Staying across sourcing, merchandise, and production trends to bring fresh thinking to briefs.
- Building strong relationships across Zinc, our suppliers and internal teams.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 2+ years’ experience in promotional merchandise production, sourcing, marketing coordination, and project delivery.
- Is highly organised and confident managing multiple projects at once.
- Takes ownership and stays one step ahead.
- Is Client Confident, communicates clearly and builds strong relationships.
- Is proactive, solutions-focused, and commercially aware.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Enjoys problem-solving and finding smarter ways of working.
- Brings energy, curiosity, and a positive attitude to the team.
- Industry experience within the promotional marketing, merchandise and production space is essential.
