Sales Support Coordinator - Name Badges & ID Products

We support them with innovative solutions that identify people, recognise their achievements, and help their diverse business grow In this role you will provide sales and administrative support to The Signal Group Sales team for Name Badges & ID Products, ensuring a smooth customer experience from enquiry to shipping, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations and encouraging repeat purchasing.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Receive and assess customer enquiries from a variety of sources, including via the website, sales staff, and marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with answering inbound customer service phone calls to provide support with various aspects of the customer journey, including assistance with placing orders, as required.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and internal communications in a prompt and professional manner, directing enquiries to appropriate team members or departments as needed.
  • Facilitate a smooth client onboarding experience, including portals, account applications, and deposit payments.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including greeting and checking in customers and visitors, ensuring a smooth and efficient reception process.
  • Assist with administrative and office-based tasks as needed.
  • Assist in coordinating artwork creation and approvals with clients and designers.
  • Facilitate timely approval processes to ensure orders are kept to schedule.
  • Manage sample requests and shipments in accordance with Company policies and procedures, including coordinating sample selection and delivery to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Liaise with the Finance team to initiate invoicing for completed projects or deliveries and provide the necessary details and documentation to support accurate billing.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Experience in an administration and/or customer service-based role, ideally within a sales environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate and efficient data entry skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Computer literate, with CRM or production software experience highly desirable.
  • Ability to proactively coordinate various stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Willingness to learn new processes and systems.
  • High level of professionalism with the ability to build rapport with a variety of different stakeholders.
