Production Coordinator

About the Role

Due to team expansion, we are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Production Administrator to join our team. You will play a key role in coordinating production processes, supplier communication, and ensuring timely delivery of client projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process purchase orders with accuracy
  • Liaise with suppliers via phone and email
  • Coordinate artwork approvals between clients and production
  • Arrange freight bookings and track deliveries
  • Ensure all jobs are completed on schedule and recorded correctly
  • Provide high-level customer service Skills & Experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Own transport required

Desirable (but not essential): Experience in promotional products, apparel/uniforms, screen printing, pad printing, embroidery, scheduling, or production support.

NOTE: This is an onsite position only in Cranbourne West, Victoria.
