Production Manager

The core responsibility of the Production Manager is to provide an onsite conduit into the business for customers to ensure all client enquiries and production are managed in a proactive and professional manner.  Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders (includes estimating, production, planning, studio, liaising with other IVE business units and dispatching requirements) to ensure timely and accurate communication and service delivery in all areas from quotations through to job invoicing.

You are required to understand all client SLA’s and pricing policies. Working one-on-one with your Account Director your direct communication with customers means your customer will become pivotal to the businesses retention and new growth strategy.

This position can be held at our Melbourne office in Braeside.


  • Working with the Sales team the client and any internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Liaise with local supply chain and IVEGZ to ensure jobs are produced and delivered on time
  • Project managing entire job process
  • Assist account management with any ad-hoc reporting requirements
  • Daily management of WIP through updating our jobbing system, and via meetings and reports
