An exciting opportunity is available for a creative Sales Co-Ordinator, working alongside senior members of the Arid Zone NSW Sales Team. Whilst the preference is for a NSW based person, highly experienced applicants from Melbourne should also apply.

THE ROLE:

You will work closely with many of our key clients across a diverse range of high-profile brands and industries. Daily activities will include clarifying briefs, preparing proposals, quotes and timing plans, actively participating in creative ideation, providing detailed product specifications and costings. Your role is pivotal - ensuring timely delivery of projects and proposals, managing client expectations and enabling our Sales Team to focus on new opportunities are all paramount to the success of this role.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Superior time management and task prioritisation
• Ability to multi-task and meet continual deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Effective at building and nurturing supplier and client relationships
• Sound knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• A background in the Promotional Merchandise industry in a sales or production role is preferred, however applicants with relevant skill sets acquired from related industries including packaging, printing, signage, marketing or creative agencies are also encouraged to apply.
