We are seeking an experienced Promotional Products Co-ordinator to take ownership of the promotional products sourcing category and assist in the Sales & Marketing Director in implementing the companies marketing strategy.

The Role

Due to organic growth, E-Bisglobal is seeking a permanent full-time Promotional Products Co-Ordinator to take ownership of the promotional products category. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, this role will support the Sales & Marketing Director in implementing the marketing function. This position will be based on the Central Coast of NSW, at our Head Office in Tuggerah.

The key purpose of the role is to be the product owner of E-Bisglobal’s promotional products category and sourcing software. This includes managing the end-to-end procurement process of all promotional products from sales brief, sourcing, purchasing to client delivery. A key part of this role will be establishing new and building upon existing supplier relationships in the promotional products category. As part of BAU, there will be a requirement to support the Sales & Marketing Director in implementing our marketing strategy.

This role is a permanent, full-time role based in Tuggerah NSW, part-time applicants may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Key Functions of this role include the following:

- Promotional Products Co-Ordination

- Timely review and respond to promotional products sales briefs

- Appropriately spec out jobs in procurement system to obtain quotes and assess responses

- Research new suppliers to enhance promotional product supply chain (domestic and offshore)

- Manage importation process for international orders if required

- Recommend alternative product options to clients (i.e. sustainable options)

- Liaise with Sales Team to receive client approval and manage production of job

- Process job through internal ERP system and conduct quality checks upon receipt Sales & Marketing Support:

- As required, provide support to the Sales & Marketing team which may include:

- Co-ordinate ad-hoc projects across marketing channels

- Assist in the review of marketing material to ensure it is in-line with the company’s brand guidelines

- General administration, ad-hoc data cleansing (CRM system)

- Assist in execution of direct-mail and digital creation

- Assist and make recommendations of social media content creation

- Co-ordinate and manage the updating of marketing collateral and manage inventory.

- Assist in the co-ordination of marketing events, conferences, trade shows, etc.

Other Duties:

- Be responsible for conducting due diligence on promotional product suppliers, ensuring compliance with E-Bisglobal’s supplier accreditation framework

- Be an active member of the implementation team of a new promotional products sourcing system

- Other ad-hoc duties as required

Successful Applicants Will Have

- Intermediate level of knowledge of promotional product print technology and production techniques

- Previously exposed to importing goods through freight forwarders

- Existing knowledge of offshore promotional product suppliers would be highly regarded

- Strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task simultaneous projects

- Exposed to the implementation of digital marketing strategies through Mailchimp or LinkedIn

- Clear communication skills both verbal and written

- A strong customer service ethos is essential

- Enthusiastic, energetic team player who can work on their own whilst possessing the ability to seek assistance and/or escalate concerns when required
