Account Manager (Uniforms & Promotional Products)

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Established in 2008, 1800 For Promo is an exciting and leading branding solutions business producing promotional merchandise, uniforms and signage for clients such as Nine Network, Nova Radio Network, Red Bull, Oporto Restaurants, The Cronulla Sharks & Many More.

THE ROLE:

We are seeking a "motivated all-rounder" to join our fun friendly team. This role will see you working with a wide variety of clientele producing everything promotional from uniforms to the trade and hospitality industry to promotional products and branded merchandise for high end brands.

Previous experience is preferred however not 100% essential if you are highly motivated, the right culture fit and willing to put the work in and learn how to become a superstar!

Ideally you would experience in uniform sales, printing and production. This would will aid you in quickly overseeing the branded apparel component of the business without any or limited supervision. Experience and Consistent Performance will be the driving force behind your remuneration growth.

You will work with our production teams both internally and externally, ensuring all orders are printed and produced to a very high standard and in a timely manner.

You will be seeing orders through from initial enquiry through to job completion.

No two days are the same at 1800 For Promo so you will enjoy a range of great projects across multiple brands you know and love!

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

  • A dependable team player; We have a close team that regularly works together on large scale projects to ensure the best skills can deliver the best results.
  • Have strong time management skills, as you will work to deadlines on a daily basis.
  • Preferred up to 3 years experience within the promotional, merchandise and/or apparel industry.
  • Are results driven with a motivation to succeed and excel within your role.
  • Strong relationship builder and stakeholder manager
  • Able to work under pressure when necessary
  • Have a high level of customer service
  • Have a positive attitude, respect for your fellow colleagues and thrive in a fun, energetic work environment.

SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE:

  • Google Business Suite
  • Trello (Preferred)
  • Adobe (Preferred)
  • Experience in Excel (Preferred)
  • Xero Accounting Software (not necessary)
