Position Overview: We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in the industry, with proven skills in generating new leads and engaging with new and existing customers to enhance sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing exceptional customer service and developing strong client relationships.
- Conduct market research to stay current with industry trends and competitive insights.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all sales activities (CRM Management via Pipedrive).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the promotional product and merchandise industry.
- Proven track record in lead generation and sales growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a reliable internet connection and a functional home office.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-focused approach.
