About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive to support our successful team and become an integral leader within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively manage inbound customers via email and phone, and transition them from an enquiry to a success order
- Turn quotes into successful sales
- Upsell and cross sell products, increase sales volume
- Outbound client calling for reactivation and sales growth
- Manage client expectations ensuring a smooth transition from sales order to product delivery
- Participate in new business initiatives, contribute to company projects and marketing activities
- Drive front office sales
- Effectively and efficiently interact between the account management team members and internal departments

Skills & Experience
- Prefer 1-2 years sales or account management experience in the promotional products industry. Either supply or customer focus.
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities in the online and B2B sector.
