Business Operations

Branded Products® (established in 1999) is a national and international award-winning company located in Carrum Downs (near Eastlink and Peninsula Link).

Due to our growth, we are now seeking an industry experienced all-rounder to fill a second full-time position in our Business Operations Support team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn all aspects of our business and industry, learn new skills and make a difference.

The role will have several dedicated areas of responsibility, suiting the new team member's skill set. The successful applicant will be an integral part of the future growth of our business. As part of our business operations, you will be required to support our production department, merchandise fulfilment programs, company marketing programs, website development/maintenance team and the sales team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to create their own role within our business and work very closely as both a team and with our current experienced business operations support person. Ongoing training and support are provided to assist the successful candidate in confidently performing their duties.

This position will suit applicants with a promotional products, apparel (uniforms), screen print, pad print, embroidery, promotional product sales, promotional marketing, social media marketing or administration background.

Please note, this position is OFFICE-based in Carrum Downs, Victoria. On successful completion of probation and training, this role will have some flexibility allowing you to work remotely a few days a week.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with great customer service always being at the forefront of mind.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks whilst adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work within a team and individually without supervision.
  • Good computer skills including Excel, Word, Adobe Packages and MYOB.
  • Be reliable with strong work ethics and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Have an understanding of decoration methods including screen print, digital print, pad print, laser engraving and embroidery.
  • A sound understanding of marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • B2B sales experience.
