Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately and promptly
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide product information, pricing details, and assistance with stock availability and freight enquiries
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software applications
  • Positive attitude and dedication to delivering exceptional service
