The Client Lead will manage and grow a portfolio of blue-chips clients and new business opportunities to deliver on client and Zinc objectives and budgets. The role is accountable for managing and overseeing client projects, end-to-end strategy, marketing campaigns/promotions, digital offerings, long-term account growth, liaising with stakeholders, achieving budgets and targets, reporting and strategic account planning.

What a day in the life of a Client Lead could look like…

• Attend client meetings to ideate solutions to their challenges
• Looking at new business opportunities
• Catch up with Creative to de-brief on concepts and prepare for the next activation campaign
• Spend time working with your incredible teammates on client opportunities and strategic planning
• Share updates to clients on their campaigns and work through new ideas for the next one

• Pitching new ideas and growing your budget

About you

• 6+ years experience in a similar role
• below-the-line knowledge (ideally with promotional merchandise), B2B
• Strong marketing knowledge
• Client-centric mindset
• Coaching skills
• High level of interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• Agile thinking
