Sales & Production Coordinator
Pulse Merchandise Solutions is a market leader in branded merchandise, corporate, lifestyle & fitness apparel. We are a growing Australian owned business servicing the fitness industries throughout Australia and globally.
Due to our growth, we require a Sales & Production Coordinator to be part of our growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter, who is career minded and wants to be part of a young, fast-growing company, located at our facility in Carrara.
The role will involve:
- Sales Support: Assist the Key Account Manager by preparing sales presentations, proposals, and briefs, collaborating with the Design, Production and Operations Team.
- Client Liaison: Act as the secondary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Order Processing: Championing the order processing system, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and understand market trends.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source product and negotiate pricing.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, maintaining and updating client records, handling correspondence and supporting the Sales & Production Team.
- This role requires an intermediate knowledge & application of Xero & Excel. An Understanding of Monday.com would be advantageous.
- The successful applicant will be super organised & highly motivated.
This position is a full-time office-based role, 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
