The Role:
Work fast, fun and creative to find new clients and develop existing clients. The role is integral to the development and growth of the business. Promote and sell creative and customised promotional products and advise clients on marketing ideas. You will be provided the tools to help excel and exceed in your position.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow existing clients
- Establish new clients in company profile
- Undertake necessary phone work/introductions to generate new business
- Meet with qualified leads and work with clients on their campaigns and promotional marketing activities
- Prepare proposals and estimates for clients
- Help source and design promotional merchandise
- Liaise with operations regarding projects
Experience and Skills:
- 2-3 Years experience in the promotions field or similar
- A genuinely consultative sales approach with B2B exposure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- An ability to develop and retain strong business relationships
- Being personable and creative as well as business savvy
- Understand marketing and have a promotional mindset
- Active listening skills, be adept at influencing and persuading and will be motivated by working to KPI's and driven by hitting and exceeding targets
- Ability to handle deadlines and manage client expectations
- A growth orientated mindset, driven by performance
- Ability to work individually, and as part of a team
- A passion to proactively build, maintain and deliver consistent results for their clients
