What we are looking for:

• B2B account management sales in the promotional products industry, with at least 2-3 years of work experience.
• Independently plan, implement, and monitor effective sales growth strategies and tactics.
• Manage and lead the sales team to ensure successful execution of sales initiatives.
• Track shipments and deliveries for ongoing projects.
• Proficiency in the English language. Both verbal and written.
• Strong account management/customer service skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Price-setting and cost budgeting.
• Understanding of basic manufacturing and logistical concepts. Knowledge in different print methods on merchandise is a plus.
• Tech-savvy.
• Visually creative.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Resourceful.
