Production Coordinator
Location: Silverwater, NSW
Full-Time: Monday–Friday
This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on production coordination, You’ll collaborate with our sales and design teams to ensure every order is executed to the highest standard—from initial artwork through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Sales Team to prepare client artwork and order briefs
- Liaise with resellers to confirm specs and production timelines
- Review and proof orders/artwork to ensure everything is accurate before production
- Manage and log all project communication via our Client Management System (CRM)
- Support production and design colleagues with day-to-day coordination tasks
Who You Are
You’re organised, creative, and thrive in a dynamic environment. You're just as comfortable managing deadlines and logistics as you are tweaking design files in Adobe Illustrator.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Excellent attention to detail and strong admin skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Confident communicator—both written and verbal
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Word
- Design experience with an understanding of branding and colour formats (CMYK, Pantone)
- Experience in promotional products or print production is a bonus (but not essential—we’ll train you!)
