Customer Service Sales

Caprina established 28 years as an importer and wholesaler of electronic merchandise to the promotional industry via its reseller network.

The role combines traditional in-house customer service support, customer query satisfaction, data entry of orders and knowing where the order is in the production line.

You will need to solve problems and be able to make logical conclusions based on a set of rules. We are after a "thinker" who has an understanding of both promo and print.

Proficiency with computers is a must and experience with CRM systems and accounting packages will be considered advantageous.

Experience in both inbound & outbound sales is also desirable.

We are looking for a self-starter who can say "its quiet" when necessary and "let me get stuck into this". You will have proven experience working in a similar autonomous role where you were expected to self-motivate and deliver exceptional customer service.

Working from home (or the office) will be permitted, but in the first 3 months on-site training will be required (full time in the office pending COVID rules). You will also need to be double vaccinated.

We are located close to Mascot train station or there is plenty of parking on-site.

Must be able and willing to travel interstate twice a year to attend trade shows.
