Sales Business Development Manager

With recent growth and a strategic vision to drive new business, Juice is now searching for a Business Development Manager. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for proactively scaling-up sales revenue through relationship building, nurturing leads to secure high-value deals. You will demonstrate passion, hustle and a true drive to succeed - and you’ll be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, pitching face-to-face or virtually to prospective clients, managing your own pipeline and having accountability for delivering results against set targets.
 
Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Develop and roll-out an outbound B2B sales strategy to drive business growth, acquire new clients and high-value repeat business deals in line with sales targets and KPIs.
  • Actively build relationships and rapport with new and existing clients via different communication channels (phone, SMS, email, face-to-face etc) in order to generate high-value new business opportunities.
  • Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals and pitch them to prospective clients, nurturing them in order to secure the sale.
  • Document all customer interactions within our CRM platform (Outreach) and ensure all customers are optimally managed and deals are moved along the pipeline, from quotation through to delivery.
  • Manage your own pipeline, and forecast/report on pipeline conversion.
  • Work collaboratively with Juice Promotions sales, sourcing and finance team members to secure appropriate products, generate product mock-ups and for quotation/invoicing purposes.
  • Report back to the business on macro trends with lead quality and market shifts, providing feedback and/or recommendations to the marketing team and General Manager.
  • Treat every lead with passion, purpose & commitment, maintaining an unwavering level of customer service.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum 4-5 years outbound B2B sales or business development experience with a proven sales track record.
  • Excellent communication (written & spoken), influencing and negotiation skills to achieve results.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships over the phone, via email and in-person meetings.
  • Excellent presentation capabilities.
  • Prior experience using CRM systems (Outreach preferred) for sales purposes is desirable.
  • Past experience in outbound sales of promotional merchandise highly desirable.
  • Experience responding to Government Tenders highly desirable (but not essential).

 Required 

  • Enjoy full flexibility - WFH 5 days a week.
  • Ability to travel locally/regionally to foster client relationships.
  • Role only open to Australian residents.
