Customer Experience Officer

About the Role

Our team is expanding and we are looking for a Customer Experience Officer to work in Newstead with our ever-growing list of clients. With demonstrated experience in promotional, apparel, merchandise, and/or printed products, you will form part of a tight-knit and supportive team that manages projects, budgets, and resources. You will be passionate about delivering the best possible experience to your customer base, connecting them with a large range of product and service offerings through the application of industry-leading brand management and procurement software. This is a newly created role whereby you will deal externally with one of our major customers but will also be responsible for the internal workflow. It is a great opportunity for someone who wishes to move into a Strategic Account Management role eventually.

Required Skills:

To be successful, demonstrated competency in the following areas is desired.

  • Proven background in a customer service role
  • Great networking skills and an ability to develop strong relationships within customers,
  • Demonstrated understanding of promotional products, apparel, uniforms, conceptual design, and print management
  • Good technical knowledge of offset, commercial, digital and label printing
  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Suite of products
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and time management skills
