Account Manager/Production Co-Ordinator

We are currently looking for an Account Manager/Production Coordinator to join our team!

In this role, you will contribute to the growth of Betta Concepts business by providing vital all-round support. Our team is about improving the process and doing the impossible. We don’t say no -- we find a way to say yes.

Be ready to be innovative, creative, and get the job done. Day-to-day, you'll support the process from start to finish. This includes processing initial enquiries, sourcing products and decorators, creating presentations, developing and setting pricing, and working with our fulfillment team to ensure accurate delivery of products. You'll work with our network of supplier partners on price quotes, order tracking, and everything in between to fulfill successful projects. We are looking for someone who can support the order process all the way through, while being creative and problem solving along the way.

You will be an important part of a small, friendly, fast-growing team. The role would suit a positive person looking for long term employment. Immediate start preferred.


  • Source creative promotional products/generate ideas that meet or exceed the clients’ specifications.
  • Calculate pricing and prepare quotes and presentations.
  • Follow-up on quotes, proofs, and orders as needed.
  • Enter sales orders and submit purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Work with suppliers to resolve any concerns with orders.
  • Oversee the fulfillment process to ensure all orders are delivered on time.
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience with empathy, anticipation, and a positive attitude.
  • Stay current on industry products and trends.
  • Other administrative and clerical tasks as needed.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in the promotional merchandise industry (preferred, but not essential).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite of products.
  • A team player but has the ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Excellent time management, and communication skills.
  • Be passionate about our clients.
