Strategic Account Manager

About the Role

In joining our growing team located in Newstead, your focus will be to develop strong business relationships within a portfolio of key customers to ensure growth targets are achieved. You will be passionate about delivering the best possible experience to your customer base, connecting them with a large range of product and service offerings through the application of industry-leading brand management and procurement software. With experience in promotional, apparel, merchandise, and/or printed products, you will deliver tailored strategies spanning our suite of products to meet your customer’s business goals. Success will be delivered through close partnerships with our creative, operations, marketing and customer experience teams.

The Requirements

In this role, you will be responsible for the following key tasks;

  • Own all facets of the account management process for medium to large accounts in order to develop strategic relationships with key points of contact within these accounts.
  • Advocate for customers internally, and utilise internal resources, to drive customer success.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and sales presentations to promote product awareness and grow product adoption
  • Develop and implement solutions that best address customer needs,
  • Facilitate regular account review and client meetings, bringing in internal specialists as appropriate.
  • Meet revenue and profitability targets within your portfolio of customers.
