Production Coordinator

PWRSCE is a long-established business specializing in innovative brand merchandise solutions for global brands.

We are heavily focused on IP and product innovation in the brand marketing sector including promotional items, rewards, prizes, point of sale and limited edition packaging. Creating our own unique products is our core focus.

PWRSCE is located in Richmond (VIC) with great access to all amenities.

We are seeking a Procurement / Production Coordinator to join our team of designers and creative-minded innovators to help bring our creations to life.

The successful applicant must have a great work ethic, excellent communication skills, have confidence in their ability to handle a range of tasks, can work well autonomously and be able to work well under pressure. We are seeking an organised individual who also has some experience with Adobe CS.

You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Sourcing products with overseas and local manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end production process of a large variety of products.
  • Managing the supply, production, quality control and delivery of orders manufactured with international and local suppliers.
  • Arranging local and international freight.
  • Building good working relationships with trusted and new suppliers.
  • Assisting the sales team with product sourcing, quoting and creating product presentations.
  • Ensuring all jobs are completed on time and accurately.
  • General administration assistance on a range of jobs.
