Over the past few weeks, APPA members have gained practical, actionable insights into maximising marketing efforts. Each session offered valuable strategies, tools, and real-world advice that participants were excited to put into practice right away.

- Customer Connection: Katrina showed members how to deepen client relationships and boost brand loyalty through personal touches like handwritten notes, small gifts, and celebrating business milestones.
- Storytelling and Differentiation: The focus was on “story-selling,” where Katrina guided members on how to highlight their unique selling points and make their services stand out from the competition.
- Content Creation: Katrina taught members simple, easy-to-use platforms for creating compelling content to support their story-selling efforts, empowering them to communicate their brand’s story in engaging and creative ways.
- Building Partnerships: Katrina also emphasised the power of building strong, mutually beneficial partnerships that extend marketing reach and build new client connections, all without any additional cost.
