A Lifeline When the Waters Rise – Supporting Good360

Ex-Cyclone Alfred has left a devastating impact on Southeast Queensland and Northern New South Wales, bringing destructive winds, torrential rain and severe flooding. Communities are facing major disruptions and countless families and individuals are in urgent need of essential supplies.

As a proud advocate for corporate social responsibility, APPA recognises the critical work being done by Good360 Australia. Good360 is dedicated to connecting brand-new goods with those in need, ensuring vital items reach disaster-affected communities swiftly. Since 2021, they have assisted 247 charities in flood, storm, and cyclone-affected areas, distributing over $34 million worth of goods, more than 2.8 million items - helping over 344,000 people. Despite this, Good360 does not receive government funding for disaster relief and relies on the generosity of its partners to continue this essential work.

How You Can Help
Good360 is mobilising now to support those affected by Cyclone Alfred and urgently needs donations to provide essential items, including:

  • Hygiene products – soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, and other personal care essentials.

  • Cleaning supplies – disinfectants, wipes, mops, and gloves to assist with recovery efforts.

  • Clothing & bedding – new socks, underwear, blankets, and pillows for those displaced.

  • First aid supplies – bandages, antiseptic wipes, and other basic medical items.

  • Baby essentials – nappies, wipes, and formula (if available).

These are just a few examples. Any new, unused goods, gift cards or financial donations that help communities recover with dignity would be greatly appreciated.

Every $1 donated delivers $20 in essential supplies - providing urgent relief, cleanup support, and long-term rebuilding for those affected.
