Melbourne, Australia – December 3, 2025 – Conserv Brands, the parent company behind leading promotional products brands Arid Zone, PromoShop, Brand Promotions, and Chilli Promotions, has completed the acquisition of International Marketing Concepts (IMC), following a transaction process that began in 2024.
The completed acquisition has successfully integrated IMC's established client base and experienced team into the Conserv Brands group, strengthening the company's position in the Australian promotional products industry.
